Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 15, 2011, at around 09:20 on April 15, 201, the Defendant entered the victim C (n, 57 years of age) in Busan Jin-gu B, and intruded the victim's residence through the open door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door to cover the property to be stolen.

In other words, when the property to be stolen is colored with the ward, the victim who had been in a more cell than TV from the bed bank, and the victim who had been living in the bed room, did not escape and attempted to do so.
