1. Defendant A, a person operating a restaurant specializing in delivery with the trade name of “C,” discovered the victim’s phone number and address using the details of the delivery order for the above restaurant, and then, around 04:28 on February 10, 2019, Defendant A called the victim D by the “Restriction on Identification Number Display” and called the victim D to “I would like to see whether or not I would like to see, or not I would like to see,” and Defendant A continued to walk the phone even after the victim’s telephone was cut off.
On February 26, 2019, at around 01:00 on February 26, 2019, the Defendant: (a) induced a victim who was trying to verify who is the Defendant by continuing phone calls as above; (b) led the victim to go back to the alleys adjacent to the Macompo-gu EF Bank, Changwon-si; and (c) led the victim to go back to the Gelmo-gu, Changsi-si, Macompo-gu.
