Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 14, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents: (a) around 22:25, the Defendant driven a Dap car with the 101-dong-Dongdong-gu, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-si with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.135%; and (b) led the Defendant to drive a Dap car to the 4-year complex from the side of his apartment.

At the same time, it was difficult for the victim C(24 years old) to turn off the surface, and in the same direction the victim C(24 years old) followed the Darburged car, so the person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to secure and proceed with the safety distance that can be avoided when the vehicle stops.

The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving a sound driving) in a manner under the influence of alcohol by 0.135% from the front parking lot of about 50 meters from the 102-dong 102-dong-si Si Si, Seogu-gu, Seog-gu to the above accident site, as set forth in paragraph (1) of this Article.
