1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 65,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from January 28, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

The Defendant, on September 3, 2014, agreed to pay KRW 65,00,000 used by the Defendant to the Plaintiff from the Plaintiff on April 27, 2014, for the purpose of paying the deposit for lease on the deposit basis of Busan Shipping Daegu C, 2025 (D apartment) (D apartment), under the Plaintiff’s name, to pay KRW 65,00,000,000 used by the Defendant to the Plaintiff until September 12, 2014 (Evidence No. 5). In accordance with the above agreement, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the said amount of KRW 65,00,000,
