On November 16, 2017, at around 22:30, the Defendant driven a B-learning car with approximately 100 meters alcohol concentration of about 0.181% while under the influence of alcohol at around the entrance of the office building located in the middle-gu Busan Metropolitan City, Busan Metropolitan Government.
