A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (obscenity possession), around August 2019, in the Defendant’s residence located in Chang-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chang-gun, 2019, reported that he/she sold his/her own videos posted in C, and contacted an unqualified person with his/her name to send his/her own fin number to the Defendant via LINE Mes and sent his/her own fin number to the Defendant via LINE Mes, and sent the above fin number by sending the fin number to the Defendant’s fin number, and held the finite image over several times from the seller by using the finite link, and even though he/she was aware that the finite was a child or juvenile pornography, he/she was a child or juvenile pornography who taken the finite image of the Defendant’s own f in the manner of keeping the f in the Defendant’s name

Accordingly, the Defendant, knowing that he was a child or juvenile pornography, was possessed by him.

2. On September 30, 2019, the Defendant posted a statement on the fact that he/she had access to “C” (H) account in the Defendant’s name using a mobile phone used in the Defendant’s residence located in Singu-gun-gun-gun-gun-gun-gun-gun-gun-gun-si, and sold self-definite images. The Defendant distributed the child-definite pornography by six times in total, as indicated in the attached Table (2) from I who reported and contacted the above posted statement, 10,000 won of cultural product right numbers and sent 116 files of child and juvenile pornography, such as “J”, through LINE Me, so that I could download the above obscene materials, and from that time, he/she distributed the child-definite pornography by six times in total as indicated in the list of crimes (2) from October 25, 2019.

Accordingly, the Defendant distributed child and juvenile pornography.
