Punishment of the crime

1. At around 15:00 on April 28, 2015, the Defendant: (a) cut off the key of 10,000 won in the market price from the Oral land owned by the victim E, which was set up in the direction of D in Busan Metropolitan Transportation Daegu C; (b) cut off the key of 10,000 won in the market price; (c) on May 1, 2015, at around 20:30, the Defendant: (a) cut off the two keys in front of the Heal apartment located in Busan Metropolitan City Maritime Transportation Daegu at KRW 61,50,00,000 in the market price of 1.5 million; and (d) cut down the two keys and Oalba, which was owned by the victim, by sticking the said key to the said 1.5 million,

On April 16, 2015, around 14:00 on April 16, 2015, the Defendant paid a charge for the purpose of committing the theft crime to G Bana in the management of the victims’ names and influencies located in the Busan East-gu, Busan-gu, and infringed on the said Bana by using the entrance, and then opened the clothes Bana with the keys of the shower box box inside the bath, and opened the clothes Bana, with the keys of the shower box inside the bath, and carried out the clothes 80,000 won of the market price owned by the victim H and 50,000 won in cash.
