Punishment of the crime

On June 25, 2015, at around 15:10 on June 25, 2015, the Defendant, without a car driver’s license, driven a mati cargo vehicle from approximately 2 km to the front road of the Changyang-gu, Yanyang-gun, Changyang-gu, Seoul, to the front road of the same military bed.
