The defendant is not guilty. The summary of the judgment against the defendant shall be published.

1. On June 10, 2005, around 16:44 on June 10, 2005, a violation of vehicle operation restriction, and around 15:43 on July 21, 2005, the penal provisions applied to a summary order subject to review on July 21, 2005, lose its retroactive effect in accordance with the Constitutional Court’s decision of unconstitutionality, and thus, the Defendant is acquitted pursuant to the former part of Article 325 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
