Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 16, 2019, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.139% in blood alcohol concentration on March 16, 2019, and driving approximately 10 meters in C motorcycles on the front of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
