When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

On April 30, 2014, at around 21:10, the Defendant: (a) solicited many unspecified males to engage in sexual traffic; (b) notified them to D, a female sexual traffic in the above 106 room, and had them engage in sexual traffic; and (c) assisted them to engage in sexual traffic.
