1. The Defendant’s claim for the cancellation of the disposition in March 2018 between the Plaintiff and B C on October 24, 2018.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On February 8, 2013, the Plaintiff was appointed as the president of a kindergarten B, a private kindergarten established by C (hereinafter “instant kindergarten”), and served until December 30, 2018.

B. During the period from November 30, 2017 to December 13, 2017, the Gyeonggi-do Office of Education conducted a specific audit of the instant kindergarten (hereinafter “the instant specific audit”) with respect to the instant kindergarten, and notified the instant kindergarten of the following audit results:

1. Payment of the expenses for private kindergartens - Request for warning against the plaintiff;

2. Request for a warning against the plaintiff, in relation to improper operation of the loan, repayment and refund -

3. Employment contracts and salaries of school personnel - Request for improper disposition of salary reduction for plaintiffs (one month);

4. Request the founder to take a salary reduction disposition against the plaintiff, including improper payment of wages, after employing the founder as the head of the office and a dietitian;

5. Descriptions of kindergarten accounting services (payment to the founder) - Demand for warning against the plaintiff;

6. Improper processing of settlement of accounts - Request for salary reduction (1 month) disposition against the plaintiff;

7. Request for improper purchase of smart education equipment, etc. - request for reduction in salary (one month) for plaintiffs;

C. On February 14, 2018, C filed an application for reexamination with the Gyeonggi-do Office of Education on the audit results set forth in 4, 7, 8, 9, and 10 of the above audit results. The Gyeonggi-do Office of Education has dismissed the application for reexamination on the audit results set forth in 4, 7, and 8 of March 26, 2018, and the application for reexamination on the audit results set forth in 9 of 9 is accepted, the application for reexamination against the Plaintiff is revoked, and the audit results set forth in 10.
