Reasons
Punishment of the crime
At around 15:00 on October 5, 2013, the Defendant: (a) requested the victim to pass through ready-mixeds in order to remove concrete from the construction of electric power supply housing in the vicinity of the victim E, on the ground that the vehicle of ready-mixeds in front of the Defendant’s house located in C, which is located in his/her domicile, is flick and flicked by the vehicle of ready-mixeds in front of the Defendant’s house located in C, which is located in his/her domicile; (b) thereby preventing the victim from entering the front of the new construction of electric power supply housing in the vicinity; and (c) thereby obstructing the victim’s construction work by force.
around 15:00 on October 5, 2013, the Defendant suffered approximately 10 days of injury to the victim, by setting up against the assault of the victim E (n, 47 years of age) on the roads front of the Defendant’s house located in Gongju-si on the road in Gongju-si, the Defendant 111 suffered approximately 10 days of medical treatment.

The “defluence” in the crime of interference with business refers to all the forces capable of suppressing and mixing a person’s free will, and is not tangible or intangible, and thus includes not only violence threats, but also social and political status and pressure by the right and interest. In reality, the victim’s free will is not required to be threatened. However, it refers to the force sufficient to suppress the victim’s free will in light of the offender’s duty, number of persons, surrounding circumstances, etc.
