Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 14, 2013, the Defendant: (a) was engaged in driving B-learning automobiles; (b) was under the influence of alcohol of at least 0.147% on the blood alcohol level without obtaining a driver’s license on April 14, 2013; (c) was driving the said automobiles on the front of the Handong-gu Kundong-gu Kundong-dong-gu Kundong-dong-si, Sungnam-nam-si, to the Handong-dong-dong-dong Hannam-si, and caused the shock absorption, which was installed at the center of the front line of the said car, to be 450,000 won for repair costs, by neglecting the shock absorption installed in the front line of the said car at the front line of the said Handong-gu.
