A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 29, 2017, the Defendant, without obtaining a bicycle license for a motor device at around 02:18, run a 125c-free off the part of alcohol level 0.116% while under the influence of alcohol level 125c in the direction of alcohol level 0.16% at a 1km section from the front side of the mountain site located in the river of Gangseo-si to the front side of the gas station located in Gangnam-si, Gangwon-si, without obtaining a bicycle license for a motor device at around 02:18.

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated an unregistered 125 cc. which was not covered by mandatory insurance at approximately 1 km section from the front side of the inn of the inn of the head of Gangwon-si to the place indicated in paragraph 1.
