Punishment of the crime

1. From December 1998 to May 201, Defendant A subscribed to eight insurance products, such as the victim correctional life insurance company, etc., for which the daily amount of hospitalization is paid in duplicate depending on the number of hospitalization days during the period of hospitalization.

The Defendant subscribed to multiple insurance and received the above insurance money on the same day by claiming the insurance money to the victim Sojoan Life Insurance Co., Ltd. on January 4, 2010 and receiving the above insurance money on the same day, even though the Defendant did not need to receive long-term hospitalization for 24 days from December 8, 2009 to December 31, 200.

The Defendant, including that, from around that time to November 15, 2013, received insurance proceeds of KRW 108,026,836 by deceiving the victim insurance companies in the same manner as shown in the attached Table 1.

2. From January 2001 to April 201, Defendant B subscribed to 15 insurance products, such as the victim interesting country life insurance company, etc., for which the daily amount of hospitalization is overlapping depending on the number of days of hospitalization during the period of hospitalization.

The Defendant subscribed to multiple insurance and received the insurance money from the Defendant on April 13, 2010 to May 11, 2010. Despite the fact that there is no need for long-term hospitalized treatment with Gnee-fee-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g

The Defendant, including that, from around that time to October 15, 2013, received insurance money of KRW 152,857,527 by deceiving the victim insurance companies in the same manner as the attached Table 2.
