Punishment of the crime

1. At around 14:00 on March 9, 2013, the Defendant, within the D Company’s office located in Pyeongtaek-si C, committed theft with one million U.S. dollars, 2 U.S. dollars, 1 Korean Bank C C, 1 Korean Bank C, 1 Korean Bank C, 1 business card, and 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won.

2. Larceny;
A. On August 3, 2013, from around 03:36 to 03:38, the Defendant, at the G convenience store located in the Gran City F, puted the No.C.C. card (the card number I) in the name of H, which was previously possessed in the cash automatic withdrawal machine managed by the victim Non-BGFnet Co., Ltd., Ltd., a company established at this point, entered the No.C. card (the card number I), and then withdrawn a total of KRW 500,000 in cash twice.
B. The Defendant was above between 05:36 and 05:39 on the same day.
At the place stated in the paragraph, the sum of KRW 900,000 in cash was withdrawn three times in the same way using the above card and stolen it.
3. On August 3, 2013, from around 05:36 to 05:39, the Defendant entered the No.C.C. card (credit number I) in the name of H, which was previously possessed in advance, in the G convenience store located in F in emulified City, and transferred KRW 18 million in total to the agricultural bank account in the name of J, the mother of the Defendant, who was employed by the Pyeongtaek Defendant, over three times.
Accordingly, the defendant, by inputting information without authority into a computer or any other information processing device, obtained financial benefits equivalent to 18 million won owned by the victim agricultural cooperative.
