A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the PCer in Songpa-gu Seoul. The Defendant is the PC located in Songpa-gu Seoul, and the victim D (V, 20 years old) is the PC student in the above PC.

1. On September 30, 2013, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim, on the following occasions: (a) around September 21, 2013, the Defendant: (b) in the PC; (c) in the PC; (d) the victim’s thirth hand, with the victim’s rear thirst hand, using the victim’s rear throst, with the hand floor, etc. using the victim’

On October 8, 2013, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim, on the following side of the victim who prepared the ordered food at the PC room, such as: (a) the victim’s walking away from his own arms; and (b) the victim’s walking away from his hand; and (c) the victim’s walking back by hand.
