Punishment of the crime
On December 16, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years in the Incheon District Court for fraud, etc. on the 24th of the same month.
Criminal facts
The defendant of "2016 Highest 790" is a person who is an actual manager of "D" as a plastic product manufacturer in Kimpo-si C.
1. On January 23, 2014, the Defendant committed fraud against the Victim C&C Lease Co., Ltd.: (a) concluded a lease agreement with the victim C&D office; (b) on the condition that the victim would pay KRW 1,99,50 per month for 36 months from January 23, 2014 to January 23, 2017; and (c) on the condition that the victim would pay KRW 1,99,500 per month for 36 months from January 23, 2017, the Defendant provided the victim with the Defendant’s possession of the above property at the same place of business (3: 201237045 (150 tons) ; 100 tons; 0313 (10 tons); 042437 (75 tons) 75 tons); and (d) provided the Defendant’s possession of the property as security.
However, in fact, the two types of private capital in the above business was not owned by the defendant because the defendant was in possession of industrial machinery under lease from Korea Capital Co., Ltd., and there was no intention or ability to pay monthly payments for the leased articles of the victim, and there was no intention or ability to return them.
The Defendant received three types of death penalty equivalent to 5,000,000 won in total from the injured party, and acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount.
2. Fraudulent crimes against victims E;
A. On August 2014, the Defendant’s fraud on a motor vehicle requires more vehicles to operate a factory to the victim E at the above workplace, and the victim E.
However, if a vehicle is purchased on behalf of the person in the circumstances because there is no name in the name of the person in question, then the person later moves the name and then the person in question will be responsible for each month.
“A false statement” was made.
However, the defendant was in bad credit condition at the time.
