A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person engaged in driving CRay Motor Vehicles;

On March 9, 2013, the Defendant driven the said car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.206% 0.206% around 22:10 on March 9, 2013, and led the Defendant to drive the said car at a speed of about 60 km from the ero-ray signal belt to the ero-mail signal belt at the speed of 3-lane in front of the city of Changwon-si.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) driving the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol by 0.206% from the 10km section of approximately 10km to the roads front of the packing mix in the Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Busan-si, Busan-si, and the front of the said Gan-si.
