Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

No one may borrow or lend a means of access, or keep, deliver or distribute a means of access, in receiving, demanding or promising any compensation for the use and management thereof.

Around 12:00 on October 14, 2019, the Defendant received a proposal that “a bank account number and a physical card and a resident registration card may be loaned in KRW 7 million if there is any account number and a resident registration card,” from a person who assumes the name of the lending business entity, and around 15:00 on the 16:00 of the same month, the Defendant sent the check card and one account number connected to the bank account under the name of the Defendant at the front of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (C) and one account number to the above lending business entity through a person who has not received the name of the lending business entity.

As a result, the Defendant promised to receive a loan in return for an intangible expected profit, and lent a physical card, which is a means of access.
