A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 21, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc. in the Cheongju District Court Assistance, and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 21, 2014.

On August 18, 2016, the indictment was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc. in the Busan District Court Branch of the Incheon District Court on March 24, 2017.

However, in light of the date and time of the instant crime, the instant crime is only capable of being adjudicated simultaneously with the judgment on support for the said loyalty, and cannot be adjudicated at the same time with the above father-Support judgment on the crime in 2016, and this part was dealt with in the instant trial, and thus, it is determined that it does not affect the Defendant’s exercise of the right to defense. Thus, ex officio change is recognized.

On June 18, 2012, the Defendant entered into an automobile installment financing agreement (loan agreement) with a non-employee of the social Korea Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd. (B) of the injured party and a low-marketized car (B) at the social service office located in the 5-dong, Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon, on June 18, 2012, and paid KRW 11,000,000 of the principal of the installment over 36 months.

Inasmuch as “a person makes a false statement.”

However, in fact, the defendant was given instructions from his nameless lending business operators and did not have the intent or ability to repay the above loans.

Nevertheless, the defendant deceivings the victim's side as above and caused the victim to pay an amount equivalent to KRW 11,00,000 for the purchase price of the said car to the seller of the Samsung Samsung Motor.
