1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 60,022,750 and interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from May 6, 2017 to the date of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire arguments as to Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2, since the plaintiff lent 60,721,350 won to the defendant on Nov. 21, 2007, and 3,50,000 UN on Jan. 28, 2008, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 60,721,350 won [=35,721,350 won [3,500,000 won = 3,500,500 UN/100 / 1000 x 1,020,61 won as of Aug. 8, 2017] within the scope of the plaintiff's annual interest rate of 10,022,750 won as of Jan. 28, 2008, and delay damages from delay calculated at the rate of 15,51,017.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
