A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 1, 2017, the Defendant destroyed the accounting table owned by the victim for repair costs of KRW 2,190,000, by drinking alcohol to E operated by the victim C in Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si, and by gathering plastic chairs, which is a dangerous object at the same time without any justifiable reason, to cut off the accounting table for the victim’s possession.
