Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who violates the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) is engaged in driving motor vehicles B;

On February 22, 2020, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 17:40, and proceeded with the road near Suwon-gu Suwon-si C, Suwon-si, with the flow distance from the Domino-distance flood.

2. Around February 22, 2020, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) driving a motor vehicle at approximately KRW 2 km from Suwon-si, Suwon-si, to the nearby road to the place indicated in the preceding paragraph. On the road, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.122%.
