Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding seven hundred thousand won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 17:45 on February 6, 2013, the Defendant, on the 1st floor of the Seocho-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Library B, Busan Special Metropolitan City, 2013, on the ground that the Defendant, under the influence of alcohol (60 years of age), took a defense against the victim C(s) who was under the influence of alcohol, was flicking the victim’s flat and flicking the victim’s face, and assaulted twice the victim’s face.
