A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Seized evidence 2 through 5 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant dealt with the psychotropic drugs-related Mesofts (i.e., one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”), as follows:

1. Provision of Handphones;

A. On March 7, 2019, the Defendant: (a) posted approximately 32 grams of 79.2 gramphonephonephones received from D by means of his business mail in the street near C Station located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (b) stored them in red ginseng boxes by dividing approximately 32g of 79.2g of plasticphones into two plastic bags; and (c) provided E with approximately 32 gram of phiphones.

B. On March 1, 2019, the Defendant: (a) stored approximately 30g of the 79.2ghopon received from D in plastic bags near G stations located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, Incheon; (b) stored about 30gopon in plastic bags; and (c) provided E with approximately 30goponon to B by inserting the froopon.

2. If D and D in Canada provide the Defendant with a philopon, directly contact with the philopon buyer, set the selling price and sales area, and then notify the Defendant, the Defendant conspiredd to sell philopon by photographing the location of D and sending D through the Melopon to the buyer by photographing the location of the Melopon, and by allowing D to search for the Melopon.

In accordance with the above public offering, the Defendant: (a) on March 22, 2019, sent a penphone to D and concealed it at a designated location; (b) taken the place and sent it to D; and (c) sent it to D.

approximately 0.2g of the 79.2g of the penphonephonephones received from D, as described in the port, is hidden in the flower at the entrance of IPC bank located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, for its sampling, and approximately 1g of the above place was concealed after the ccele of the J building's toilet located in the above PC bank and sent it to D. D, and D inform the buyer of the above location.
