Punishment of the crime

The Defendant of “2018 Highly 1255” was sentenced to one year imprisonment at the Daegu District Court on May 14, 2008 due to the violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving on October 12, 2007) by driving under the influence of alcohol on October 12, 2007 and under the influence of alcohol on October 15, 2007 and driving under the influence of alcohol on October 15, 2007.

On May 19, 2018, around 05:45, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.051% of blood alcohol level, B was driving approximately about 1.5 km of the observer-gu, Daegu Suwon-gu, Seoul, to the pandena distance.

The Defendant of the 2018 Highly 1368, Oct. 12, 2007, was sentenced to one year imprisonment at the Daegu District Court on May 14, 2008 due to the violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) after driving under the influence of alcohol on October 12, 2007 and with 0.092% of alcohol level on October 15, 2007.

On May 27, 2018, at around 09:14, the Defendant driven a B observer car with approximately 2 km while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.052% on the front of the Gu F on the road near Daegu Suwon-gu D.
