If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 13, 2010, at around 07:50, the Defendant driven a Bscar under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.111% at a section of approximately 3 kilometers, which is a control point at around 08:00 on the same day, from the street in front of the government-dong located in the Dong-dong, the Government of the Gyeonggi-si, to the street in front of the same 499th day.
