1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 72,09,925 and the interest rate of KRW 24.9% per annum from October 5, 2016 to the date of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of each statement in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 6, the plaintiff loaned 12.9% per annum to Eul Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "B") on November 24, 2014 with vehicle purchase funds, interest at 24.9% per annum, interest at 24.9% per annum, and the due date for repayment at December 2, 2019. Eul agreed to repay the above principal and interest of the loan in installments over 60 months from December 20, 2014 (hereinafter "the loan agreement in this case"), and the defendant provided joint and several debt obligations under the loan agreement in this case to the plaintiff in this case on the same day, and Eul lost its interest under the loan agreement in this case on December 3, 2016, and the loan agreement in this case as of December 25, 2019, and the loan agreement in this case as of December 209 and the remaining amount can not be acknowledged.

According to the above facts, barring any other special circumstances, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 24.9% per annum, which is the delay interest rate, from October 5, 2016 to the date of full payment, as joint and several surety obligations, to the plaintiff.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
