1. As to the Plaintiff, Defendant A and B jointly and severally KRW 666,155,193 and KRW 660,88,847 among them, Defendant A and B shall be jointly and severally liable for damages incurred to the Plaintiff on November 23, 2016.

1. Basic facts

A. On April 11, 2013, the Plaintiff is the Defendant Company A (hereinafter “Defendant Company”).

(i)in connection with the Defendant Company’s Korea Standards Bank (hereinafter referred to as “SIB”);

(i) A credit guarantee agreement with respect to a loan obligation (estimated amount: KRW 262,500,000) with a credit guarantee principal of KRW 210,000,000 (credit guarantee rate of KRW 80%) and with a credit guarantee period of April 11, 2013 to April 10, 2014 (hereinafter referred to as “credit guarantee agreement of this case”).

The Defendant Company concluded a credit guarantee contract of this case on April 12, 2013, with a loan of KRW 262,50,000 from the Nonparty Bank based on the instant credit guarantee contract. After that, the instant credit guarantee contract was modified on three occasions as follows. The instant credit guarantee contract was concluded between the Defendant Company and the Defendant Company’s credit guarantee contract of KRW 50,000,000 on April 10, 2015, with a maturity of 194,000,000 on April 19, 2014, without a change on October 7, 2014, and with a maturity of KRW 176,00,00,000,000 from October 17, 2015 (hereinafter “the instant credit guarantee contract of KRW 5,00,000,000,000,000 from May 8, 2014, the Plaintiff received the instant credit guarantee contract of KRW 200,5008,00.

Since then, the second credit guarantee contract of this case was modified twice as follows.

Defendant B, on August 3, 2016, where no change was made on May 6, 201, 201 as of May 4, 2015, 476,000,000,000 on the deposit amount (after the change) repayment period, as of May 4, 2015, was made, at the time of each credit guarantee contract of this case.
