1. The Defendants:

A. As to each portion of 1/3 of the real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 and 2, Plaintiff 1.

1. Basic facts

A. The parties’ relationship C had the executor D (hereinafter “Defendant D”), mags A, and mags B between F and F.

In addition, on July 25, 1952, C reported the birth of the executor E (hereinafter “Defendant E”) of Defendant Net E, who is the father of Female G, as his father.
