Punishment of the crime

On 2, 2012. 06:30 on 22, 201, the Defendant driven a BM3 vehicle under the influence of alcohol content 0.173% in alcohol while under the influence of alcohol from the front road of the citizen market located in the Dong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Seoul Metropolitan City to the front road of 75-13 times in the same Gu.
