The punishment of the accused shall be set forth in six months.

However, the sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On April 27, 2017, at around 09:00, the Defendant called “D” at the main point of “D,” located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant: (a) called “D”; (b) the first meter E (at 34 years of age) and drinking while drinking; (c) attached the victim’s right shoulder; (d) attached the victim’s right shoulder; and (e) attached the part to the victim’s right shoulder to occur on his hand; and (e) disclosed the victim’s clothes; and (e) sought to escape from the continuous place of drinking.
