Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 2, 2013, at around 15:15, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven B Costa car at approximately 20km from the front of the air conditioners, where it is difficult to identify the trade name in the Sacheon-si, Sacheon-si without a driver’s license.
