1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant is an association established under the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents for the purpose of improving urban and residential environments by making the land of 18,735 square meters, including Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government land as a business

B. D is a member of the Defendant Union, who owned each land and building listed in the attached Table 1. A and each land listed in the attached Table 2. A real estate list within the Defendant’s business territory.

C. The value of each of the D owned real estate recognized by the Defendant Union is as follows:

On May 14, 2013, the Plaintiff acquired from D the land listed in attached Table 1. Paragraph (2) and the right as a member of each building listed in paragraphs 3 through 6, and on the same day, notified the Defendant of the fact of transfer with a certificate with a fixed date under the provisions of the Defendant’s articles of incorporation.

In addition, on May 24, 2013, the Plaintiff acquired the right as a partner to the land specified in attached Table 1. Paragraph 1 of the real estate list from D, and notified the Defendant of the fact of transfer with a certificate with a fixed date.

E. On the other hand, the defendant's moving to the F building on the ground of lots outside Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, which is an apartment building and officetel to be newly constructed as a result of a rearrangement project for D, who is a member of the association.
