A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Seized evidence 1 or 2 shall be confiscated.

20,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

Notwithstanding that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics:

1. On November 14, 2014, around 01:00 in the Namyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, approximately 0.1g of psychotropic drugs-related Metepia ("copon"; hereinafter referred to as the "copon") at the guest room near the ambrode of the ambato-dong located in the amba-si, Namyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, put about approximately 0.1g of tobacco on the ambato-bes, and then put them into the ambato-bes where the smoke generated by heating the amba-bes into the amba-bes where water contains water, pass through one of the two fasts where the steam emitted from the water again from the water through another as soon as possible through another.

2. Around 15:00 on November 19, 2014, at “D” sales stores located in Daegu-gu Daegu-gu Seoul-gu, delivering approximately 0.19 grams of 0.19g philopon, enclosed on paper, to E (tentative name), and giving and receiving them without compensation;
