Purport of claim and appeal

1. The reasoning of this court citing the judgment of the court of first instance is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the amended portion as follows. Thus, it is citing it as it is by the main sentence of Article 420

2.The revised part of the judgment of the first instance shall add each of the following shares to the nearest “paid Premium” of the sixth Table of the judgment of the first instance:

Of the first instance judgment No. 42, “The date of hospitalization and discharge” in the column No. 7 of “the date of hospitalization and discharge” is the insurance premium claimed by Defendant B” to “ May 1, 2013.”

In the first instance judgment No. 51 of the table No. 8, the term “a hospital” in the table No. 51 of the judgment of the court of first instance refers to the term “Pest Council member”.

The part of "49,50" in the 16th written judgment of the first instance court shall be "49,51".

3. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the appeal by the Defendants is dismissed in its entirety, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
