Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act;

가. 음주소란 범행 피고인은 2016. 8. 25. 00:03경 울산시 중구 B에 있는 상가골목 일대 약 100m의 거리에서 술에 취하여 큰 소리로 행인들에게 욕설을 하거나 혼자서 노래를 부르고, 신고를 받고 출동한 경찰관들에게 “내 잡아가라, 잡아가!”라며 소리를 지르며 순찰차에 올라타고, 행인인 C에게 “뭘 쳐다보냐! 씨발 좆같네, 한판 붙어볼까 ”라며 시비를 거는 등 여러 사람이 다니는 도로에서 거친 말과 행동으로 주위를 시끄럽게 하고, 술에 취하여 이유 없이 다른 사람에게 주정을 하였다.

나. 관공서에서의 주취소란 범행 피고인은 같은 날 00:35경 울산시 중구 D에 있는 E파출소에서 위와 같은 범행으로 현행범인 체포되어 인치되자, 위 파출소 소속 순경 F에게 “니 의경이가, 나이도 어린 게, 니 잘 처먹고 잘 살아라, 새끼야!”라고 욕설을 하고, 파출소 내 경찰관들에게 “씨발 것, 개좆같은 것들아! 나를 왜 잡아왔노, 개새끼들아, 청와대에 민원 넣는다, 너 거 다 뒤졌다. 좆된 거야, 씨발 짭새들, 내가 무슨 죄를 지었는데!”라며 큰 소리로 욕설을 하는 등 술에 취한 채 관공서에서 몹시 거친 말과 행동으로 주정하거나 시끄럽게 하였다.

2.
