The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal did not constitute assaulting a victim as stated in the facts charged, and rather, the Defendant was subject to assault from the victim F and E.

Nevertheless, the judgment of the court below which found the defendant guilty is erroneous in misconception of facts.

2. In full view of the following circumstances acknowledged by the evidence duly adopted and examined by the judgment of the court below and the court below and the court below, the victim G made a specific and consistent statement to the effect that “the Defendant, who made the speech that the Defendant assaulted G her mother F, f, was f, and f, f, E, which had been at the scene, made a statement consistent with the above victim’s statement at the investigative agency, the court below, and the court below, the victim G, as stated in the facts charged, shall be acknowledged by the above evidence.

Therefore, the defendant's above assertion is without merit.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act since it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
