1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B’s KRW 55,00,000 and interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from May 10, 2017 to the date of full payment.

Basic Facts

On February 14, 2015, the Plaintiff, as a broker of Defendant C, leased (hereinafter “instant lease contract”) KRW 501,00,000 among the multi-family houses of the fourth floor E on the ground (hereinafter “instant house”) owned by Defendant B from Defendant B, with the term fixed from March 31, 2015 to March 31, 2017 (hereinafter “instant lease contract”), and around that time, paid the said lease deposit to Defendant B.

Defendant C was a licensed real estate agent conducting real estate brokerage business under the trade name of “F Licensed Real Estate Agent Office” and concluded a mutual aid agreement between Defendant C and the Korea Licensed Real Estate Agent Association (hereinafter “Defendant Association”) on or around March 18, 2014 (hereinafter “instant mutual aid agreement”) to guarantee liability for damages incurred to the parties to a transaction in connection with Defendant C’s brokerage during a period of time from March 18, 2014 to March 17, 2015 (hereinafter “instant mutual aid agreement”).

Before the conclusion of the instant lease agreement, each collateral was established in the name of the Pyeongtaek Saemaul Depository, which is the maximum debt amount of KRW 351,000,000 and KRW 208,00,000, prior to the conclusion of the instant lease agreement.

On the other hand, the lease relationship is as shown below, and the very serious writing portion is the lessee, and the total amount of the lease deposit is 305,000,000 won.
