A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who drives a taxi in Cststuna Corporation.

On November 19, 2019, the Defendant: (a) driven the above vehicle at around 10:27, the Defendant: (b) moved to the Jung-gu Airport in Incheon, Jung-gu; (c) 272; and (d) D Incheon Airport circular bus driven by the victim B ( South, age 60) who was parked before the bus stops in order to get a reservation customer on the front of the bus stop for the first floor of the passenger terminal of Incheon International Airport, the first floor; and (d) caused the victim to stop the above bus in excess of 9:5 years old, by using the above taxi, which is a dangerous object, on the ground that the said bus driven by the victim, while waiting to turn to the right direction from the front of the two-lane line of the above road; and (c) reported that the above bus driven by the victim while driving to the front of the two-lane line of the above road, coming to the front of the two-lane passenger bus; and (d) suspended the above bus to the victim’s level.

Accordingly, the Defendant, using dangerous things, threatened the victim B, and inflicted on the victim E about two weeks of medical treatment.

Summary of Evidence

1. Application of the Acts and subordinate statutes governing CDs for the storage of bus stuffs, a written diagnosis of the document prepared under the police interrogation E in relation to the defendant's legal statement B;

Article 258-2(1), Article 257(1) (a) of the Criminal Act (the point of special intimidation) regarding the crime, the former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, Articles 38(1)2 and 50 of the same Act, the provision of Articles 284 and 283(1) (the point of special intimidation, and the choice of imprisonment) of the Criminal Act aggravated concurrent crimes;

1. Article 62 (1) of the Criminal Act on the suspended execution;

1. The community service order under Article 62-2 of the Criminal Act;

1. The following circumstances and the defendant’s age, sex, environment, motive, means, and consequence of the crime on the grounds of sentencing under Articles 32(1)3 and 25(3)3 of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Lawsuits to Dismiss an application for compensation order (the scope of liability is not clear).
