1. As to KRW 185,383,010 among the Plaintiff and KRW 101,085,480 among them, the Defendant shall from January 4, 2019 to May 31, 2019.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. 1) The Plaintiff is a party to the instant condominium C (hereinafter “instant condominium”).

(2) The Defendant is an owner of one half of the shares among the instant condominiums (hereinafter “instant partitioned buildings”).

B. On August 7, 2007, the Defendant and H concluded a contract for the sale of the partitioned building of this case with the Plaintiff Company I to purchase the instant partitioned building, and on September 14, 2007, H completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to one half of each of the instant partitioned buildings. 2) On November 1, 2007, H operated a rehabilitation medical hospital after completing business registration with the trade name “J” by making the location of the instant partitioned building the location of the location of the location.

C. The management expenses imposed from March 2018 to August 2019 on the sectioned building of this case, such as the imposition of management expenses, and the late payment fees therefor, are as shown in the attached Table.

2. The term "multi-family housing subject to compulsory management" means multi-family housing on which a person specialized in the management of the relevant multi-family housing among at least 150 households is obliged to organize an autonomous deliberative body, etc., and the scope thereof shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree; 5. The term "occupant" means the owner of a multi-family housing or his/her spouse and lineal ascendants and descendants representing the owner thereof; 6.
