A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 30, 2009, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1.5 million from the Incheon District Court to a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act, on November 4, 2010, a summary order of KRW 2.5 million for the same crime from the vice branch of the Incheon District Court to the same crime, and on November 12, 2010, a summary order of KRW 2 million was issued from the Incheon District Court to the vice branch of the Incheon District Court to the same crime.

On April 5, 2014, around 00:05, the Defendant driven a Bbenz car in the state of alcohol of about 0.186% in the section of approximately 200 meters from the front of the 77-ro, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, the 19-45, the 137-ro, the same city road from the front of the 200-ro, to the 137-ro, the road.
