Defendant shall be punished by a fine of eight million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant in violation of the Act on the Promotion of the Game Industry of Seocho-gu, 2017 is a person who installs and manages one food game machine (Love Pusphh) and one food game machine on the street in front of the "DMat" located in Seocho-gu, Seoul, from the date in order to February 6, 2017.

A person who intends to run a youth game providing business shall prepare a facility prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu. However, the defendant, without registering with the competent authority, provided many unspecified persons with game water while installing and operating a food game machine (Lve Pusphh) and a one game machine on the street from the date to February 6, 2017 without registering with the competent authority.

The Defendant in violation of the Act on the Promotion of Game Industry of 2017, 1417, is a person who installs and manages a food game machine (Love Push) on the front of the restaurant of the “F” in Seocho-gu, Seoul from February 2, 2017 to February 7, 2017.

A person who intends to run a youth game providing business shall prepare a facility prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Culture and Sports and register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu. However, the Defendant did not register with the competent authority, but installed and operated a single game machine (Lve Push) on the street from February 2, 2017 to February 7, 2017, and provided many unspecified persons with game products.

A person who intends to run a juvenile game providing business in violation of the Act on the Promotion of the Game Industry of 2017 High 1461 shall be equipped with the facilities prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from November 2016 to February 20, 2017, did not register with the authorities in front of the “H restaurant” located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G, thereby allowing the Defendant to establish one unit of “LOVE PH” game to put money to an unspecified number of customers and to obtain free gifts of toys, etc.
