Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a street shop in a day-to-day zone when he/she is in harmony.

In other words, any person shall report to the competent authority to operate a spot-sale manufacturing and processing business.

Nevertheless, without reporting to the competent authority, the defendant from May 8, 2018.
