Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in the duties of driving CM5 taxis.

On December 10, 2013, at around 06:45, the Defendant proceeded with the national highways front of the yellow Farming Machinery, which are one of the 1st century, from the territorial sea, to the territorial sea, about 65 km from the f.m. on December 10, 2013.

Since it was difficult for a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle at the time, there was a duty of care to reduce speed and drive a motor vehicle by properly examining the right and the right of the motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and got the victim D (the age of 79) who was in front of the direction of the mastal course by negligence, and was in front of the taxi left side of the Defendant.

Ultimately, at around 13:40 on December 25, 2013, the Defendant caused the death of the victim due to the above occupational negligence from a F Hospital located in Northern-si E at Port-si, North Korea.
