1. The Defendant shall start on June 14, 2018 with respect to the Plaintiff A, KRW 100,395,411, KRW 93,049,011, and each of the above amounts.

Reasons

1. Occurrence of liability for damages;

A. Facts of recognition 1) The Plaintiffs are the network D (hereinafter “the network”).

(2) On June 13, 2018, the Defendant was a deceased’s child and the deceased’s spouse who remarriedd with the deceased, and the Defendant was able to kill the deceased on his thought that the deceased would disregard himself.
