All appeals are dismissed.
Reasons
The grounds of appeal are examined.
In light of the relevant legal principles and evidence, the lower court’s judgment that found the Defendants guilty of all the instant facts charged on the grounds stated in its reasoning did not err by misapprehending the facts contrary to the rules of evidence or by misapprehending the legal principles on the legitimate law and political fund law, as alleged in the grounds of appeal.
Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
