Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a singing practice hall with each other.

1. Despite the fact that an alcoholic beverage dealer is prohibited from selling or providing alcoholic beverages, around March 9, 2018, the “B” music practice place operated by the Defendant in Bucheon-si Co., Ltd., on March 2018, sold four cans cans to be 16,00 won for alcoholic beverages to his/her own male descendants.

2. Although a singing practice room business operator is prohibited from employing, mediating, or arranging any entertainment (no matter whether on the basis of gender) or doing any entertainment, the Defendant assisted a female under his name to provide entertainment services for about one hour at the same time and place as the above paragraph (a).
